A luxury development of six detached family homes, situated in one of the most sought-after areas of the country, Waterbank combines modern architectural expertise and technology throughout. Each home is built over three floors and includes five-bedroom suites, a leisure area, and home cinema.

Working in sync with the developers, we created and designed a bespoke interior design package and technology solution to surpass any homeowner’s expectations and incorporate each high-end aspect of these stunning properties.

For two of the houses in this magnificent development we provided swimming pool and jacuzzi controls. We also included lighting design and control alongside audio and video distribution, ensuring access from across the property via touchpads or remotely.

This project integrated our full suite of services to provide the utmost convenience, comfort, and style – a bespoke system for a complete one-of-a-kind development.
