We were honoured to partake in the exquisite renovation of a beautiful church house, originally constructed in the late 1800s, testing our skills in blending historic charm with modern luxury. Nestled in a highly sought-after location in the North of England, this property offers breathtaking views of magnificent natural landscapes.

We transformed the chapel hall into a luxurious open-plan kitchen and dining area while preserving the original beams and structural elements to retain the house’s historical spirit.

Incorporating our expertise in landscape design, we designed a unique courtyard in the centre of the property, providing a serene outdoor living space. Inside, we employed sophisticated lighting design, state-of-the-art audio distribution, and Lutron automated blinds and curtains to create an environment of unparalleled comfort and convenience. The addition of smart glass technology further elevates this transformation.
