Villa El Rosario is a contemporary hillside residence located in Marbella, Spain. Designed by renowned architects González & Jacobson, the villa spans 1,000 m² across four floors and features six bedrooms and six bathrooms. Every element of the design has been considered to maximise light, comfort and connection to the surrounding landscape.
Hestia collaborated closely with the homeowners to create a tailored home automation system that enhances both the architecture and the lifestyle of the residents. Our focus was on integrating discreet technology that supports the home’s aesthetic while delivering effortless functionality.
The system includes intelligent lighting, blind control, and climate management, all designed to respond intuitively to the environment. Automated blinds frame panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, while lighting scenes shift naturally throughout the day to complement the home’s material palette and ambience.
Entertainment and leisure were central to the brief. A dedicated Dolby Atmos home cinema and pool control system were designed to bring the same level of precision and comfort to recreation as to everyday living.
