Offland Villa

Overview

Designed by acclaimed Swedish architect Vasco Trigueiros, Offland Villa is a striking five-bedroom, three-storey residence located in Cheshire. Featured on Grand Designs, the project exemplifies the harmony between Scandinavian minimalism and cutting-edge British engineering.

Hestia was commissioned to deliver the full home automation system for the property, integrating intelligent lighting, blind control, audio-visual distribution, and environmental control. The system was designed in close collaboration with the architect to complement the home’s sculptural form and enhance its sustainable performance.

Energy efficiency was a key focus of the build. The villa features advanced heat pump systems, an automated heat recovery system and Tesla renewable energy technology to ensure minimal energy consumption while maintaining year-round comfort. Every system operates in sync, providing optimal thermal regulation throughout the property.

The audio-visual infrastructure allows for seamless content control across all levels of the home, creating a connected living environment that balances innovation with ease of use. Each element was designed to perform intuitively, enhancing lifestyle without compromising design integrity.

Offland Villa represents the future of eco-luxury living, a collaboration between visionary architecture and intelligent technology, redefining sustainable design for modern homes.
