Hestia was commissioned to deliver the full home automation system for the property, integrating intelligent lighting, blind control, audio-visual distribution, and environmental control. The system was designed in close collaboration with the architect to complement the home’s sculptural form and enhance its sustainable performance.
Energy efficiency was a key focus of the build. The villa features advanced heat pump systems, an automated heat recovery system and Tesla renewable energy technology to ensure minimal energy consumption while maintaining year-round comfort.
