Our involvement included guiding the redevelopment process, supporting planning applications, and coordinating with landscape designers to revitalise the property’s two-acre grounds. This ambitious project required a complete overhaul of electrical and mechanical systems, along with full lighting and finishing design integration.
Central to the transformation was the creation of a dedicated 3,000 sq ft leisure floor featuring a gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, changing suite and luxury sauna. Each area was carefully considered to blend architectural quality with advanced functionality, creating a seamless balance of design and technology.
